Health and Fitness is an independently run fitness studio, with no joining
or membership fees.
We aim to enhance your general well-being by the improvement of your fitness
in a variety of ways.
You may opt for the personal touch and working one-to-one with a highly qualified
trainer and have a specifically tailored fitness programme to help you reach
your goals. Or you may want to attend one of the numerous group classes available,
ranging from relaxing Yoga and Pilates to energetic Circuits.
